Key Responsibilities :
You have to recruit agents/advisors.
You have to train, motivate and get the business through them.
Your Team of agents/advisors will on a commission basis while you will be direct payroll of the company.
Desired profile :
He/She Must be minimum graduate with the experience of 1 to 15 years in Sales, direct sales/retail sales, marketing and business development.
The person must be in Current Locality for a minimum period of 4 years or more and must have good social circle/contacts in the Locality.
Must possess good communication skills.
