Digital Marketing
Handle Digital Marketing Campaigns, Strategy, and Activation; web lead generation via organic/paid and email marketing
Coordinate with vendor on marketing designing and development while analytic monitoring and tracking reports
Develop, plan and execute multiple awareness/lead generation/ other digital campaigns and brand awareness
Devise strategies to drive online traffic - including web, SEO/SEM, social media, content, email and display advertising
Campaign Design & Promotion
Execute PPC/Paid campaigns to meet demand generation targets; strategize and execute On-page and Off-page SEO activities for desired rankings on SERP and plan & implement course-corrections whenever needed
Expertise in paid promotions on social, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
Measure and report digital campaign performance while adhering strictly with planning and controlling the digital marketing budget
Attain key performance indicators such as reducing the website bounce rate, increasing dwell time or improving conversion
Market Research & Analysis
Identify trends and insights, brainstorm new and creative growth strategies while optimizing spend and performance based on the insights
Research competitors Ad links and suggest improvisation; research and forecast future sales and performance trends
Track and measure SEO and Google Analytics metrics and provide reports while recommending activities for improving the quality of online content; oversee all the company's social media accounts & various digital marketing channels
Evaluate emerging technologies, provide perspective for adoption as required; building, planning and implementing the overall digital marketing strategy
People Engagement + Team Mentoring
Help manager on marketing collaterals, awards entries and magazines mentions; build and manage the digital marketing team (SEO, Social media marketing, content, etc.)
Collaborate with agencies, other vendor partners and internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience
Abreast with the latest technology and best practices to keep a check on ROI and KPIs; manage and train team members and subordinates
Lead, supervise and motivate members of the digital marketing team and attend product launches, networking events, and more
Required Candidate profile
A strong marketing content marketing person with a good knowledge of collaterals, social media, etc.
