Jobs Description for Content Assistant Manager: -

1. Manage the development of question banks for the assessment in various sectors.
2. Review the qualification packs to define architecture – Number of questions, marking scheme, Difficulty level
3. Create the Assessment blueprint on the technical platform.
 4. Allocate the question bank development work to freelance subject matter experts and share the blueprint with them to give an outline for assessment
5. Review the content developed by the subject matter experts and check for grammatical accuracy as well as relevance to the qualification pack
6. Manage freelance translators to get question banks translated
7. Upload the content on the technical platform
8. Test uploaded content and approved for use by the operations team
9. Actively replenish the question bank
 10. Manage the content development cost
11. Actively work to innovate the assessment methodology and improve the accuracy of the assessments
12. Track and manage the performance of question banks by leveraging assessment output
13. Work closely with clients to develop content for new job roles and support in business development
Requirements: -
1. Must be a Graduate with experience in content development
2. Must be comfortable with managing content online
3. Must have good hands-on experience with MS Office – Word, Excel
4. Experience in the vocational training sector or assessments would be preferred
